the problem sounds with change in ALS injector settings . My two suggestion to solve this problem: first: try to disconnect ALS cable then reconnect it and inject sample. second: if you have backup for this method you can load in C/chem32/1/methods with deferent name and then inject sample. Centrifuging our HPLC vials is a bit outside of the scope of intended use, so we do not have technical data available. However, I was able to load some vials into an autosampler rack from a II autosampler. The centrifuge I used had a rotor for well plates, but the autosampler rack also fit.
