The inserts on the HPLC Sample Vial are of different shapes and sizes. When used with 12 x 32 mm autosampler vials, the micro vial insert allows maximum sample recovery and easier sample removal. This is because their conical shape reduces the surface area inside the vial. The micro vial insert can be used with screw vials, crimp vials or snap vials.
