To meet your microsampling needs, Aijiren has a variety of microvolume inserts with capacities and designs that can transform our vials from full-capacity to limited volume with one simple step. These inserts are compatible with our wide opening screw top, crimp top, snap top vials and 8-425 vials.
Our portfolio consists of GC vials and LC vials, GC caps and LC caps, and GC septa and LC septa. Through our biological line, we offer glass and plastic vials for optimal measurement of samples by liquid scintillation counting. Our glass vials are chemically-inert, making them suitable for use with aggressive reagents and solubilizers.
Several styles are offered including flat bottom, concial inserts with a top spring or a bottom spring, and concial without springs. Glass inserts are sold in two diameters for 2mL vials; one for standard opening (4.6 mm) vials and another for large opening (6 mm). The volume will vary depending on the length and the style of insert.
Screw-top vials also come in different sizes, with vial caps made of either aluminum for crimp seals or plastic. Amber glass vials are available in 2-60 ml volume with a screw top. Inserts work in conjunction with any autosampler and fit either standard or wide openings vials.
