Snap-top Vials from Supelco. Vials are offered in two sizes, 2 mL and 4 mL. They are designed to be used with a plastic snap top cap. These caps eliminate the need for crimping. The caps simply snap over the top of the vial, sealing the contents safe inside.

These neckless vials with inserts are sold as kits including polyethylene push in caps to assure proper fit and function. Vial selections include clear glass, amber glass or polypropylene. 8x35mm shell vials are designed specifically for Alcott Positive Displacement autosamplers. Choose from Thermo Scientific™ National™ and Chromacol™ brands.
Snap-It™ Snap Cap Vials feature a wide opening, which is easier to fill and provides a larger target area for the autosampler needle. Vials fit most autosamplers that accommodate the 12x32mm vial format and are constructed of superior quality 33 expansion borosilicate clear glass Type 1, (Class A) or 51A amber glass.
11 mm Wide Mouth Snap Seal, Snap Ring Autosampler Vials. Snap seal and snap ring vials offer an easy sollution for elliminating the need to crimp and decap vials. The wide mouth opening allows for pipetting and a greater target area for needle penetration with the autosampler.
Screw-top vials also come in different sizes, with vial caps made of either aluminum for crimp seals or plastic. Amber glass vials are available in 2-60 ml volume with a screw top. Inserts work in conjunction with any autosampler and fit either standard or wide openings vials.
Dry Vials are nitrogen purged to provide true TPM (total particular matter) readings free of contaminating water/water vapor contributed by the vial surface or interior. Dry Vials are made with standard opening 1.5mL, 12x32mm vials with a pre-crimped aluminum seal having a PTFE/Rubber Septum.
