Aijiren 2 mL crimp top vials are constructed from Type 1 borosilicate glass, with low metal content, to protect your sample from destabilizing or leaching. Our associated crimp caps and closures come with a choice of etiher PTFE silicone, PTFE only, natural red rubber, butyl, or PTFE butyl materials.
Screw-top vials also come in different sizes, with vial caps made of either aluminum for crimp seals or plastic. Amber glass vials are available in 2-60 ml volume with a screw top. Inserts work in conjunction with any autosampler and fit either standard or wide openings vials.
Thermo Scientific™ 9 mm Wide Opening Amber Glass Screw Thread Vials are 2 mL, 12 x 32 mm and built with Advanced Vial Closure System (AVCS). This innovation not only prevents septa push through, but provides a stop point for the cap to prevent over- or under-tightening and provide an optimal, consistent seal every time.

Polypropylene certified vials for autosampler use are translucent and chemically resistant. They are the vials of choice for pH-sensitive samples, sodium, or heavy metal analyses. Polypropylene vials come in snap, crimp, or screw styles and can contain sample volumes up to 700 µL while leaving minimum residual volumes of less than 3 µL.
